Barbara Belden teaches this technique that creates a diamond pattern. Students need to know how to knit, purl and increase, and need to bring size 8-10 needles and worsted weight yarn in a light color.

T-SHIRT TOTE BAGS

Take a T-shirt and learn how to reuse and repurpose it into three cute bags to use for jewelry, small projects or gift bags! Creative genius Phyllis Hildreth, former owner of Falcon Feather Fibers, is the instructor for this class. All materials are provided.

Fabric Valentine

Sally Solesby will teach a fabric valentine that is perpetually green, one that can be sent over and over again. The front has a reversed appliqué heart while a pocket in the back holds a personal message. This valentine can be made by hand or machine. All materials provided.

Instructor Michele McClellan shows how quick and easy it is to make crocheted mittens! Students need to bring an I/9 hook, light colored worsted weight yarn and know how to single crochet.

You’ve never scrapped like this before! Just bring a 12” trimmer and tape runner adhesive; if you can read a ruler you can do this. You’ll make six great-looking 12 x 12 pages. Pam Butler of Club Scrap will also show you how easy it is to add pictures afterwards.

Discovery the mystery behind delicious sourdough bread. Instructor Deborah Stillwell will share her secrets and some of her 100-year old starter so you can make bread at home! Students will enjoy samples during class and leave with a freshly baked loaf.
